A gala dinner is shaped by more than a menu. Arrival, architecture, table layout, lighting, service and the rhythm of the programme all contribute to the sense of occasion.
We select the venue around guest count and ambition, then develop the room as one composition. Historic interiors remain the focus while tables, flowers, stage moments and hospitality add warmth and identity.

The layout behind a successful gala
A gala layout needs more than space for the tables. Allow for service routes, a stage or lectern, a cloakroom and any dance floor. A room’s maximum seated capacity may need to be reduced once these elements are included. Agree the layout before finalising invitations.
